EXCiPACT Registered Auditors
Upon receipt of an application from an auditor (see previous page), their details will be entered onto the EXCiPACT register as “Provisional”.
Checks will be made on the applicant’s authenticity of credentials and against the EXCiPACT records to confirm completion of the two day EXCiPACT training course.
Acknowledgement of receipt of application will be issued once details are confirmed.
To meet the requirements of the EXCiPACT standard, provisional auditors must be witnessed during their first EXCiPACT audit either by an EXCiPACT representative or by another EXCiPACT registered auditor who is employed by their Certification Body. This is to ensure consistency in understanding of the standard and its application.
It is the responsibility of the auditor or their certifying body to inform EXCiPACT of their intended first EXCiPACT audit details as soon as they are known to allow the necessary arrangements to be made to provide an audit witness.
Post audit, the EXCiPACT witness will issue a report to the EXCiPACT Board with a recommendation to offer either “Fully Approved” registration, or provide a remediation recommendation leading to “Fully Approved” status.
Fully Approved auditor details appear below. Note that indication is given of the auditor’s affiliation. Where an auditor is self-employed this will be listed under “Affiliation”. On no account must an EXCiPACT certification audit be performed without employing a certifying body who contracts self-employed auditors.
